Outline

The sessions aims to provide advice and guidance about the governors’ role in the performance management cycle, monitoring and evaluating the headteacher’s performance and agreeing new objectives for the forthcoming year. Governors will understand how to gain the necessary skills to carry out the review meeting, handling any issues that may arise.
