Choosing to purchase the HR Advisory Service means you will have unlimited access to advice from an HR professional in relation to absolutely any day to day HR and employment law issue. You will be provided with a named HR Consultant who will be your main key contact with the service who will get to know you and your school and will be able to meet with you face to face to discuss issues as required.
The service works closely with school leaders and others who have responsibility for managing staff and can be purchased by maintained schools, academies/ multi-academy trusts, free schools, independent schools and early years settings.
The pricing structure is based on number of employees in your school. The employee headcount for your school for pricing purposes will be as at 30 September each year and will be updated based on this number for charges due from 1 April the following year. We will also annually review charges for inflation each year with increases (if any) being effective from the following April.
The HR service is supplied to schools on a traded basis through the service level agreement. Payment is annual by journal transfer for maintained schools, usually actioned at the beginning of the financial year. Purchases of additional services will be arranged on an individual service basis. Payment from academies, free schools and independent schools will be completed through invoice.
Additional services can be provided on a ‘pay as you use’ basis including for example:
- HR or legal consultancy
- Bespoke training
